Join us for a FREE "Rock The Mat & The New Year!" yoga bytracye class @ The Yoga Collective NYC. This Vinyasa practice is all about getting your 2016 resolutions, affirmations, mantras, and good vibes rolling so that you're ready to receive the life you deserve - -mind, body, & spirit!
Open to all levels. Mats, blocks, blankets, and the rest will be provided. This class is a FREE offering. Please note that it will fill up quickly. If for any reason you register and then cannot attend, let us know so that we can offer your mat to another.
Please arrive on time (or a bit early). Yogis/Yoginis arriving more than 10 minutes after class start, may be denied entry (Sorry! But don't want to disturb anyone else's practice.).*THIS CLASS WILL BE FILMED.
