42 West 18th St
New York, NY 10011

Experience the beauty of the night sky with Stan Honda, who will show us why we need to preserve this diminishing resource. Stan will walk you through various techniques and camera settings necessary to get amazing DSLR photographs of the Milky Way, the moon, the stars, and other objects that populate the night sky. He’ll discuss how to plan shots using software and apps even from New York City. A brief tutorial will be presented on how best to process these images on a computer so that your images will fill your viewers with the same sense of wonder that the starry sky does.
