Who is this event for?
If you are planning a pregnancy, in any stage of your pregnancy or up to a year postpartum, this event is for you!

Why should I do BodyBond when I can just go to the gym? BodyBond was created out of a need in the market for a workout designed especially for the pre/postnatal woman. It was developed by a certified pre/postnatal corrective exercise specialist and focuses on the exact muscles you need to strengthen for pregnancy and regain strength post pregnancy.

How do I sign up?...
No registration is necessary.

What should I bring?
Your beautiful self! A bottle of water, supportive shoes or sneakers, and wear clothing you can comfortably move in.
